New users got lost before they reached a single useful chart. As founding designer I rebuilt navigation, dashboards, and onboarding, and Datalogz raised $2.3M after Fortune 500 pilots.
Long forms and unclear pricing were pushing organizers away. I rebuilt checkout around the exact steps where people quit. Checkout time fell 60% and revenue grew 611%.
Banks still ran loans on email, paper, and fax. I designed one automated loan lifecycle with approvals and eSign built into the flow, and Mitsubishi bank adopted it.
Recurring billing meant manual work and numbers people second-guessed. I led the design team that rebuilt it from scratch on one shared system. It now serves 35+ enterprise clients.
