KAVIA AI
A blank page to an enterprise-ready AI coding platform. I built the product experience and the design system behind it, and the team raised $1M pre-seed on the back of it.
That is a design problem. It is the one I solve.
Founders have raised $3.3M on products I designed.
“Saiful led SaaS design efforts for Datalogz during development of our MVP which helped us to acquire venture funding.” LOGAN HAVERN · FOUNDER/CEO, DATALOGZ · $2.3M RAISED
Seven years in, I work with founders building genuinely complicated products: AI tooling, billing engines, ticketing platforms. My job is to make them feel obvious.
That means getting inside the problem with you, not waiting for a brief. Research, flows, interface, design system, and a handoff your engineers can build from without guessing. I stay until it ships, because design that never ships proves nothing.
Right now I am a product designer at AD Group, working on property tech: the Development ID web app for property developers, and Leasey, a commercial leasing platform for agents, tenants, and landlords. I take on a small number of founder projects alongside it.
I am based in Dhaka on GMT+6 and work remotely with teams in Australia, the US, and Europe. Most founders hear back from me the same day.

Thousands of Australian organizers were losing sales in a checkout that fought them. I rebuilt the flow end to end, and traffic and revenue followed.
Trade finance still runs on email and fax. I designed the loan management system that put buyers, suppliers, and banks on one automated ledger, with banking approval rules built into the flow.
Billing and ERP are where SaaS products usually turn ugly. I led the design team that rebuilt Exsited from scratch into something finance teams enjoy using daily.
SaaS interfaces, dashboards, and products carrying a lot of data.
Systems your engineers can build from, shipped across five products so far.
iOS, Android, and hybrid apps people actually enjoy opening.
I find what is costing you users, then show you how to fix it.
One big design problem, solved in days instead of months. Best for MVPs, landing pages, and UX audits.
Your design team, without the hiring. Ship faster, look sharper, stay ahead.
“Saiful's professionalism and quick technical execution in UX design made him an invaluable asset to the Sentellent team and beyond.”
“Saiful's elegant and creative approach to UI/UX across SaaS and B2B projects significantly enhanced our product experience and drove customer satisfaction.”
Saiful Islam is a product designer with over seven years of experience, partnering with SaaS and AI founders. He designs web apps, mobile apps, and design systems, and takes products from first MVP to investor-ready: research, flows, interface design, and prototyping.
KAVIA AI raised $1M pre-seed on a platform he designed from nothing. EventBookings grew traffic 242%, new customer acquisition 65%, and revenue 611% after his redesign. Datalogz raised $2.3M on MVP concepts he designed as founding designer. The TradeiX loan management system he designed was adopted by financial institutions including Mitsubishi Bank, and Exsited now serves more than 35 enterprise clients.
A Design Sprint starts at $1,500 and solves one focused design problem in days. The Monthly Design Partnership is $3,500 a month for 80+ hours, with unlimited requests, turnarounds of 1 to 2 days, and a weekly strategy call.
Most tasks on the monthly partnership come back within 1 to 2 days. A Design Sprint delivers a finished outcome in days rather than months, against a deadline you agree upfront.
Yes. He designed the loan management system for TradeiX, a blockchain supply chain trade finance platform built on the Marco Polo Network, including maker-checker approval flows and paperless eSign settlement. It was adopted by financial institutions including Mitsubishi Bank. He has also designed enterprise billing and invoicing platforms and business intelligence tooling.

Yes. He led the design team on Exsited, an enterprise billing and invoicing platform now serving 35+ enterprise clients, setting the design direction and owning the design system. He has also led a design team through sprint planning and hiring, helping grow a product team from 5 to 12 people.

He only takes on a small number of founder projects alongside his AD Group role, specifically so response times stay fast: expect a reply within 24 hours, even during active engagements. If capacity is genuinely full, he will tell you upfront rather than let a project stall.
Tell me what you are building and where it gets complicated. Thirty minutes is usually enough to find the real problem.
